The Building Materials Centre will add value to the local market through a series of discussions

LafargeHolcim Tanzania, a member of the global LafargeHolcim Group, has been supplying  Tanzania with world-class cement and building materials solutions for over 30 years. The company is aiming to add further value to the local building industry by hosting a series of discussions at its Building Materials Centre in Dar es Salaam (Masaki).

These FREE discussions, called Best Practice Sharing Sessions, will see a number of renowned international architects, specialists and keynote speakers share their knowledge with the audience. Space is limited at these exclusive sessions. Book your seat here.

Tanzanian architects, contractors and industry stakeholders will benefit from attending the Best Practice Sharing Sessions. A number of important topics are on the agenda that will promote and develop the local construction industry – furthering knowledge through the latest techniques and insights.

First of the Best Practice Sharing Sessions

LafargeHolcim Tanzania has invited well-known architect, Pieter Mathews, to present the first Best Practice Sharing Session in May 2019. The Pretoria-based architect is a specialist in concrete and its aesthetics. Mathews will share his valuable experience with attendees, giving key insights into his tenure in the architecture and building industry.

Tanzanian architects can benefit from Mathews’ discussion at the Building Materials Centre. Attendees will get the chance to interact and engage with one of South Africa’s foremost architects.

Mathews will host two free sessions per day for three days – from 6 to 8 May 2019. The sessions will run from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm on these three days. Booking is essential as the limited number of spaces fill up quickly.
